I apologize to all you LADIES out there that only got flowers, chocolates, or even jewelry for valentines day.

Order of Events

February 5, 2008 - Sent application to DHS

February 27, 2008 - Physicals, PASSED, but Dr. H was not nice.... he told us we need to eat better and exercise, what nerve! :)

March 11, 2008- Home Safety Inspection, PASSED

April 1, 2008 - Sent Finger Prints

April 12, 2008- Started "Oklahoma Pride" Classes. Completed Session 1 & 2 of 9 classes.

April 19, 2008- Completed Oklahoma Pride classes 3 & 4 of 9 classes.

April 25, 2008- Homestudy part 1.

April 26, 2008- Completed "Oklahoma Pride" Classes 5 & 6 of 9 classes.

May 3, 2008- Completed "Oklahoma Pride" Classes 7 & 8 of 9 classes.

May 6, 2008 - Homestudy Part 2.

May 20, 2008- Finished "Oklahoma Pride" Session 9 of 9. WAHOO!

May 22, 2008- Signed off on our homestudy. Finished!

May 23, 2008- Waiting for Gurt.

June 13, 2008 - Surprise! Found out that we are expecting "Tad".

June 19, 2008- First ultrasound - saw the heartbeat! Tad is six weeks and 4 days old. Due date set for February 8, 2009.

July 10, 2008 -Second Pre-Natal Appointment. Tad is older than we thought. 10 weeks! New due date is February 4, 2009. Saw Tad's hands, feet and spinal cord in ultrasound, he kicked the whole time.

July 31, 2008- Welcome to the second trimester! YAY!

August 12, 2008- Third Pre-Natal Appointment. Tad is 14 weeks, 5 days old. Heard his sweet heartbeat. 8 weeks until Tad's gender is revealed.

September 8, 2008- Fourth Pre-natal Appointment. Tad is doing great. I have only gained 2 pounds so far this pregnancy. It looks like 20 though.

September 13, 2008- Goodbye Tad, Hello Isaac! Tad is a boy, determined by 3D ultrasound!

October 8, 2008- Fifth pre-natal appointment. Isaac has a good, strong, heartbeat. I gained 8 pounds this month. Time to SLOW down.

October 22, 2008 - Ultrasound in doctor's office. Isaac is still a boy. Perfect measurements. Only one small concern: low placenta. Let's pray it moves up.

November 4, 2008 - Sixth pre-natal appointment. Paid Dr. K many $$$ for the delivery. Heartbeat and bloodpressure are great. Weight, not so good..... still enjoying myself a little too much.

November 22, 2008 - Barnsdall Baby Shower.

November 26, 2008 -1st Gestational Diabetes Test- FAILED.

December 4, 2008- 2nd Gestational Diabetes Test - PASSED, YAY! Baby Shower at Will Rogers Elementary.

December 8, 2008 - Seventh pre-natal appointment. All is well.

December 22, 2008 - Eighth pre-natal appointment. Again, all good news!

January 8, 2008 - Ninth pre-natal appointment. Ultrasound! The placenta has moved, as long as there are no complications, no c-section for me!

January 10, 2009 -Baby shower at Waterloo Road Baptist Church.

January 15, 2009 - Tenth pre-natal visit. First visit since month 5 that I had lost weight, it was just ounces but I am ready to lose more! Blood pressure was a little higher than normal 140/80. Did strep-B test. No guesses on when Isaac will be here yet.

January 20, 2009- Eleventh pre-natal appointment. No more weight gain. Blood pressure back to normal. Isaac's weight estimated at 7 1/2 to 8 pounds.

January 26, 2009- Twelfth pre-natal appointment. Dilated to 1 1/2. Induction scheduled for February 3, 2009 if Isaac doesn't surprise us in the meantime.

February 2, 2009- Thirteenth and final pre-natal appointment. Induction scheduled for tomorrow at Baptist Hospital.

February 3, 2009 -Happy Birthday Isaac Wade Russell!! Born at 5:32PM, 7 pounds, 15 ounces, 21 inches long.

February 6, 2010- Introducing Tator Tot! We took a home pregnancy test and found that we are expecting our second child.

March 17, 2010- Saw Tator on ultrasound. Beautiful heartbeat! Due date is October 20, 2010.
